Privacy policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This site is run by J Raydel Sanchez, founder of tamer, from Miami, Florida. It is a personal site, and it is deliberately boring about your data: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no tracking scripts. Below is everything it does collect, and nothing it does not.

What is collected

Your email address, and only if you type it into the newsletter form and submit it. Nothing else is required and nothing else is asked for.

If you contact me through a form on this site, whatever you choose to write in it: your name, your email, and your message.

What is not collected

No cookies are set by this site. No analytics service runs on it — not Google Analytics, not any other. No advertising or tracking pixels are loaded. Your visit is not profiled, and your browsing is not followed across other sites.

The website address you type into the tool on the home page is used to prefill the contact form and is never stored on a server.

How it is used

Your email is used to send you the newsletter, and to reply to you if you wrote to me. It is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

Newsletter submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a form service that delivers the message to my inbox. They process the data on my behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long it is kept

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you.

Messages you send me are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation we are having.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to me and it is done — no forms, no friction.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this covers your rights under the GDPR. If you are in California, it covers your rights under the CCPA.

Contact

For anything on this page, or to have your data deleted, reach me through tamer.marketing or on any of the profiles linked in the footer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to hunt through: what you read here is what applies.
